Green is almost un-oxidized, and most closely resembles the original plucked leaf- a small Spring time green tea leaf bud that contains abundant nutrients and oils sent up from the roots after a period of winter dormancy. There are many different green tea types coming from most Asian countries. In different shapes, leaf colour, grown under different climate conditions green tea is processed to provide unique taste. We can describe it as grassy, mild, nutty flavour, slightly smoky or freshly and flowery.
Our tea shop supplies many types of green tea from different world areas: green tea Sencha and Chun Mee from China, Organic green tea Bancha or Gyokuro from Japan.
