It was originally grown in altitudes in Fujian which were so high that monkeys were trained to pluck the trees. Today this is done by people in a period of some days. The rougher, slightly fluffy leaf makes a light green infusion and a mild cup. Slight nuance of honey characterize this fascinating tea; a must for every lover of green tea.
