HOW TO BREW LOOSE LEAF TEA IN CAST IRON TEAPOT:
1) Place your loose leave tea into the strainer – about 1 tsp per 200 ml water
2) add the hot water into the teapot ( for green tea the water must be around 80 C ) ensuring to cover loose leaves in strainer and put on the lid
3) steep for a few minutes- this will vary depending on tea type and your own preference of tea strength
