The history of Maison Dolfin is above all a story of passion for quality Belgian chocolate. Over the years, our chocolate factory has become a benchmark for high-end and sustainable chocolates worldwide, as well as for its mastery of the entire manufacturing process.

Since its foundation, Maison Dolfin has seduced with its chocolates with a mixture of flavours that are as harmonious as they are surprising. Our Dolfin Master Chocolatiers perfectly combine pure cocoa butter chocolate with carefully selected natural ingredients from around the world. The result: gourmet, innovative and refined creations, to the delight of gourmets.

In 2007, Jean-Jacques de Gruben, an unconditional lover of Belgian chocolate, took over the reins of the Dolfin chocolate factory. It perpetuates and reinforces this tradition of excellence with the development of new recipes and the expansion of the international distribution network.

From the beginning, the Dolfin chocolate factory has evolved and wants to take part in the environmental and societal challenges of tomorrow. A pioneer in the field, it is committed to a more sustainable and ethical production of chocolates and in 2008 became the first Belgian chocolate factory to be certified carbon neutral.

Today, the Dolfin chocolate factory is recognized for its excellent chocolates. Building on their success, our Made in Belgium creations are now exported to more than 30 countries around the world.
