Ingredients: dried sage leaves
Sage is a bush which can reach heights up to 70 cm. The long and hairy leaves have a very delicious and aromatic scent, their color is light olive-green. The taste is very typical with a slight bitterness. The sage, as a herb, has its origin in the Mediterranean area, especially in the Adriatic region. Today the plant is also cultivated in other European countries. The cut sage should be kept in dark and closed containers. Due to the high contents of ethereal oils, we do do not recommend containers made out of plastic.
