HOW TO BREW:
1) Crush the lime with Pu Erh into pieces, place into 150- 200 ml cup or gaiwan
2) add a good splash of boiled water, leave for about 30 sec and take away the liquid. In this way the leaves will be cleaned up and ready for the normal brew
3) fill the cup with pu erh with boiled water, brew for 2-3 min, then remove pu erh leaves and enjoy the drink.
