This Pu Erh is a special tea from Yunnan Region in China. It was traditionally aged for 3 years to give the special smooth and earthy flavour. To make this small special Pu Erh, a small circle was carefully carved in the top of dried lime fruit. The meat was removed, leaving only the peel. The fruit was stuffed gently with aged Pu Erh tea leaves. The tea made of this stuffed dried lime has unique citrusy and earthy aftertaste.

HOW TO BREW:
1) Crush the lime with Pu Erh into pieces, place into 150- 200 ml cup or gaiwan
2) add a good splash of boiled water, leave for about 30 sec and take away the liquid. In this way the leaves will be cleaned up and ready for the normal brew
3) fill the cup with pu erh with boiled water, brew for 2-3 min, then remove pu erh leaves and enjoy the drink.
You can use the same crushed lime with pu erh for another 2 brewings
