Cinnamon twist, French bun & Kanelbullar – this pastry has many different names and a large fanbase all over the world – including Santa, of course. This is why we sought to prepare this sweet pastry consisting of creamy cake notes and intensively sweet cinnamon for his big day… but only to sip on. We don’t want the chimney to get too tight so that we would have to miss out on our gifts.Sweet blackberry leaves add the special kick of sweetness, star aniseed and ginger pieces take care of the Christmas spice. Sweet gingerbread men and roasted buckwheat perfectly round off the taste of freshly baked cinnamon buns.
