We put all our Artisanal know-how into the selection of exceptional raw materials, into the creation of original and tasty recipes and take meticulous care in our choices of historical Toiles de Jouy packaging.
Gustatory Escape:
This 70% Dark Chocolate & Bergamot Crystals recipe was made from a blend of cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic and Peru on which we sprinkled bergamot crystals. The chocolate is intense on tasting and the fruity notes of bergamot bring a slightly acidulous flavor evocative of pleasure.
