From dawn, in the hustle and bustle of our small workshop, scents of cocoa, citrus fruits, lemon verbena and peppermint intermingle! This is the sanctuary of Maison Bonange! We put all our Artisanal know-how into the selection of exceptional raw materials, into the creation of original and tasty recipes and take meticulous care in our choices of historical Toiles de Jouy packaging.

This 45% Milk Chocolate & Fleur de Sel recipe was made from a blend of cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic and Peru on which we sprinkled fleur de sel harvested by hand on the Ile de Ré. . With a harmoniously balanced cocoa content, the fleur de sel subtly reveals the delicacy of this chocolate.
Fleur de els- means ‘flower of salt’ in French, is a salt, that forms as a thin and delicate crust of seawater as it evaporates. Fleur de sel is now used as a finishing salt to flavor and garnish food. The name comes from the flower-like patterns of crystals in the salt crust.
